I joined 20 Pulses shortly before the studio opened in Prahran. I was attracted to the idea, because of the ability to train only once a week for 20 minutes. Initially I was sceptical, but after only 2 sessions my chronic backache has disappeared. I really recommend this training for people with pack pain.
